Do you need to see the facility before quoting?
For most recurring programs, yes. A walk-through lets us count restrooms, measure floor areas, and note access and alarm procedures. For a one-time job such as carpet extraction, square footage and floor type over the phone are often enough.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Programs run daily, weekly, monthly, or one-time, with full-time or part-time crews, day or evening. Tell us what fits your budget and building, and we will match it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. D & R Maintenance & Office Cleaning is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Proof of insurance is available on request for property managers and landlords.
