Site visit.
We visit the property to assess the scope. Post-construction projects require an inspection of debris types and affected areas. Move-in and move-out jobs require a walkthrough of the full space.

Based on the site visit, we provide a detailed scope and pricing. You approve the scope before work begins.

Project execution.
D & R Maintenance crews complete the work within the agreed timeline. Construction cleanup follows a sequence from rough debris removal through final detail cleaning. Move-in and move-out cleaning covers every surface in the space.

Final inspection.
We walk the completed project with you. Any areas that need additional attention are addressed before the crew leaves.
